Assessment Centres for Recruitment & Selection
The Consortium has expertise in developing, organising and running assessment centres for the recruitment and selection of staff.
We are able to produce a wide range of assessment centre materials that enable candidates to provide evidence of their ability to meet the required criteria. These include written exercises, group exercises, exercises involving role plays and use of trigger videos, as well as standard interviews and presentations. We are experienced in training assessors in the use of assessment centre materials and can advise on quality assurance arrangements.
